During the month of July 2020, I needed someone to help me upload pictures of products on my website and price them. I approached Ludiah, whom I had come to know through people commenting on her work on some Facebook groups we both are members of. She graciously agreed to help.

What I thought was a simple task of just uploading items on a page ended up being a couple of weeks worth of work. During that time, she sorted out my shop page, database issues, links to social media and updated the payments options and related links.

Ludiah also designed my book covers and held more than 10 video chats with me as she showed me what she was doing and how to do it myself. She took time to train me on how to run my website.

All these things she did from just one request to upload products on my shop page! She did not just work on the request, she went all out to make sure I had a website that was running smoothly on all aspects!
